K2 Health and fitness


Regular physical activity is an important part of getting healthy and staying healthy.
Encouraging kids to be active from a young age sets good habits early on and helps them develop the skills they need to stay active throughout their lives. K2 Children had exercise & yoga session as their theme is Health & nutrition. Our PE teacher Ms. Mala spoke importance of health & fitness and she also demonstrated few exercise & yoga asanas, children followed the same & they enjoyed the session.
