Eid Celebration Primary and Secondary


Eid-ul-Fitr (known as the festival of breaking the fast) is the most important Islamic festival for Muslims worldwide. It marks the end of 30 days of fasting in the month of Ramadan. This month focuses on self sacrifice and devotion to God.
We, at, Orchids The International School (CBSE) – Masjid Bunder, celebrated this auspicious festival on Tuesday, 05 July 2016. The students were given information about the festival and the ways in which it is celebrated through a power point presentation by the teachers in their respective classes. Students came forward and shared their knowledge and customs with their classmates.
The day ended with students and teachers wishing each other Eid Mubarak, as they left for home with a smile on their face.
