Hurdle Race for K2 students

Physical activity has been an integral part of Health and Physical Education in most of the schools. In Orchids International School, Thane even pre-primary curriculum includes physical activity as part of their ‘Human Body’ theme. As part of this activity tiny hurdles and tunnels that were apt for kids were placed in a wide area. All the kids were encouraged to participate in the hurdle race and were successful in overcoming the hurdles under the supervision of the teachers. When kids play or engage in sports it, not only makes their bodies fit and flexible, but also increases their focus and stamina. Exercise has many good effects on the brain for adults as well as for kids.
