Yoga has similar benefits because while doing poses challenging, your body will release endorphins, which create a sense of calm and relaxation. 

Students Should Learn to Prioritize Their Work

One way to help with stress is by prioritizing your work. When you prioritize, it will be much easier to do the most important tasks first so that they can get off your back and allow less stressful things to come through.
