The well-known poet Ruskin Bond wrote the poem ‘Don’t be Afraid of the Dark’. The poem advises the little one to not be afraid of the dark instead, it says that one should be friends with the night. The moon at night is not as harsh as the sun, and the earth rests when the day is over. The poet urges the readers to think about friends who live far away and those who live near at night because it is the time when all the world is at peace.
