Best Secondary School

The Students of secondary grades of V to X are provided with a significant understanding of each subject. Once the foundation of learning is established in the primary classes, they are further provided with the required academic rigour to prepare them for the upcoming challenges. We provide our students with an integrated knowledge of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, in an easily comprehensible manner through our unique teaching methods.

We all know how primary and secondary education works in our country and how the curriculum differs from one class to another. The curriculum for secondary school or higher secondary school focuses on the career building of a student apart from academic achievements, for which different activities and programs are initiated along with the academic subjects in the curriculum.

Up to grade VIII, the teaching is as per the CBSE curriculum, but the teaching methodology, assessments, and lesson plans are as per the norms of international boards. From VIII onwards, our students are channelised towards a specific syllabus to help them focus on their class X milestone.

We prepare our students for competitive exams like – AIPMT, JEE, NEET, CLAT etc. We offer a perfect blend of ICSE/CBSE syllabus in the international curriculum framework of the Cambridge Board.

Teaching Methodology

To a higher secondary school, It matters a great deal as to how the most basic of concepts are being taught, especially when we take into consideration the most typical of subjects such as Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics. To eliminate the fear and to bring out the best of a child’s performance, teaching methodology plays a big role. Students studying in secondary classes require absolute clarity of each concept.

  • Our hands-on learning approach allows each child to have a clear conceptual understanding of the logic behind every formula, every practical or every application learned is well engraved in the minds of these little geniuses.

  • ORCHIDS Career Foundation Program (OCFP) includes an all IIT alumni faculty guiding the students with advanced knowledge of Science, Mathematics or any typical subject a child usually runs away from. We understand how primary and secondary education differs from one phase of teaching to another. This helps them stay a step ahead of their competition that they will be facing in their coming years.

Teaching Methodology

Our teaching methodology is a combination of international teaching methods and time-tested traditional values. Each classroom has its own learning culture where creative and application-based learning induces the excitement of discovery.

The Transition period from EYP to Primary is very challenging for a child. To ease this process in pre-primary teaching we have included Grades I & II in the Early Years Program, where a child can make use of his EYP skills in Primary classes. This ensures each student in the Early Year Program instils a habit of learning the basic concepts of each subject.

As one of the best pre-primary schools in India, we believe that young minds are easily impressionable which is why we intend to make them comfortable in stepping out of their comfort zones to learn and prosper.
