Mrs. Philomena Vijay Nirmal brings over 25 years of rich experience in education, including 13 years of administrative leadership across reputed institutions. A graduate in B.A. and B.Ed., she has effectively led teams, strengthened academics, and inspired holistic development among students. She has now joined The Orchids International School, N6, Cidco, Aurangabad, with a vision to create an environment where learning is joyful, meaningful, and future-focused. Recognized by the Indian Talent Olympiad, she proudly received the Best Principal’s Award (November 2025) for her outstanding contribution to education.
