Welcome to Khel Mahotsav 2024 Nationals
Orchids The International School is proud to present its first Khel Mahotsav Nationals – a grand national competition featuring six exciting sports.
Students from 10 different zones across India will come together to compete, showcasing their talents and determination. This event, scheduled to take place in Bangalore from December 16, 2024, to January 26, 2025, will bring together over 3,000 students.
Our lineup of experts includes Bhaichung Bhutia, Padma Shri awardee and former Indian football captain; international speed skating sensation Anoli Shah and many more. These esteemed athletes, along with other international-level sports icons, will share their invaluable skills, tips, and insights, inspiring and empowering every student participant. With this powerful combination of competition and hands-on mentorship, the Khel Mahotsav Nationals promise to be an unforgettable experience for every aspiring athlete.

National Chess Tournament
Dates: 16th and 17th December, 2024
Venue: OIS Thane, Mumbai
A professional national chess tournament using the Swiss pairing system, in compliance with FIDE regulations.
National Skating Tournament
Dates: 19th and 20th December, 2024
Venue: OIS Seawoods, Navi Mumbai
National skating competition aligned with official standards set by the Roller Skating Federation of India (RSFI).
National Taekwondo Tournament
Dates: 15th, 16th, 17th January, 2025
Venue: OIS BTM Layout, Bangalore
National Taekwondo championship following TAE rules and FINA international competition standards.
National Swimming Tournament
Dates: 20th, 21st, 22nd January, 2025
Venue: OIS Hennur, Bangalore
Professional swimming competition following Swimming Federation of India (SFI) guidelines.
