We have a clear system for every class to make sure each student understands what they're learning. Our goal is to give timely support so no one falls behind.
Each class lasts for 30 minutes. The last five minutes are for a short quiz on what we just covered. We use clickers to quickly take attendance and record quiz answers. This helps us to check how well everyone understood the lesson.
Based on the quiz results, students are placed into one of three groups:
NS (Needs Support): These students get extra help and follow-up sessions to make sure they fully grasp the topic.
ME (Meets Expectations): These students are on track and have a good understanding of the lesson.
EE (Exceeds Expectations): These students show a strong understanding and often go beyond what's expected.
This system allows us to accurately track each student's progress and manage our classrooms smoothly. Most importantly, it lets us give extra help to the students who need it most, helping every student grow and succeed consistently.
