A shelter is a structure in which a man, an animal, or a bird can normally obtain shelter from the weather, from danger, and from fatigue. Just as we are motivated to eat and drink to live, so also are we motivated to reach for a huddle. People from those who live in a large mansion to those living in a small house, hut, or tent at the edge. It is true that there are individuals who live in unfavorable conditions, housing and this is a context that should be taken into account in the sense of ensuring a safe shelter to live for all.
