Addition and Subtraction of Time

1) If a Football Match Starts at 11 Am.

1. When will the match End?
2. When Does the 1st Half of the Match End?
3. When Does the 2nd Half of the Match Start?

1. The match starts at 11 am.
   The game takes 90 minutes and a rest period of 15 minutes.
   The match ended after (90 + 15) minutes
   = 105 minutes
   = 1 hour 45 minutes

         The end times
          = 11am + 1 hour 45 minutes
          = 12:45 pm
          The match will end at 12:45 pm.

     b. The match starts at 11 am.
         The 1st half of the match ended after 45 minutes.
         The end times of 1st half
         = 11 am + 45 minutes
         = 11:45 am
         So, 1st of the match ended at 11:45 am.

   c. The match starts at 11 am.
       The 1st half of the match ended after 45 minutes.
       The end times of 1st half
        = 11 am + 45 minutes
        = 11:45 am
        After the end of the 1st half, there is a rest time of 15 minutes.
        The 2nd half start at
         = 11:45 am + 15 minutes
         = 12 pm
       So, the 2nd match starts at 12 pm.
